About

With a strong academic foundation including master’s degrees in Library and Information Science (Museum Studies) and History (Public and Early/Modern America), I bring over a decade of diverse experience in public history, digital content creation, and SEO-driven marketing. My work spans historical research, nonprofit leadership, and digital media strategy. I currently serve as External Team Lead at BASE Search Marketing, managing link-building campaigns, coordinating staff, and maintaining high-quality client communications.

I am also the founder of Found In Ohio, a digital history platform where I research, write, and photograph historical sites, manage social media, and oversee digital marketing initiatives. My background includes content management, guest post outreach, and SEO strategy for Clark Optimization. Previously, I directed the North Canton Heritage Society, curated exhibits, managed volunteers and interns, and ran public programming.

My museum and archival experience includes award-winning exhibit creation and extensive research work at institutions like Spring Hill Historic Home and the McKinley Presidential Library. I have presented on public history and museum interpretation at multiple professional events and contribute as a board and committee member to local preservation organizations. Skilled in tools like WordPress, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Canva, and Adobe Suite, I combine historical expertise with modern digital fluency.
