From April 2016 to April 2017, I wrote for The Devil Strip. This Akron, Ohio-based publication specialized in local events, history, and news articles. I had a monthly column on the site, “Why Is It Called…” that focused on the history behind street and building names. For several months I also compiled the Community Events and Community News Brief sections.
